Get to know me

My name is Aung but my English friend's can't pronounce this so they call me Anna. I am from Pathum Thani province, this is near Bangkok, the capital of Thailand. I am the daughter of a farmer, and I grew up in a big family with many brothers and sisters. My childhood was simple, but full of warmth and happyness but also responsibility because my mother passed away when I was only 16 years old, after she had a stroke. We all had to helped each other around our home and in the rice fields.
My father also had a stroke but was lucky enough to survived, his body became weaker, he could not move in the same way as before. For this reason I started a training course with a with professional Thai masseuse, learning all the different techniques so I could improve my fathers 'well being' and also help improve his blood circulation.
Every day, I gently massaged my father’s arms and legs with care and love. Even though it was only a small massage, it always made him feel more comfortable. That quiet time with my father made me feel closer to him.
The massage was not only about taking care of my father’s body, it was also my way of giving back the love and sacrifice he has given me all my life.
